If you have a design ready to go, simply upload it directly on our website. If you need assistance creating one (for a collage, or something with text added), or we already have your design, just leave a note a checkout. We'll take care of the rest.
Kindly note that if we're creating your design, an additional one-time fee will apply, ranging from $25 to $75, based on the complexity of the design. We will discuss the pricing details with you when we contact you to gather your design ideas. Alternatively, feel free to reach out to us in advance to discuss pricing or any other queries you may have. We believe in open communication and want to ensure your satisfaction every step of the way.
When uploading files for printing, it is crucial to provide high-resolution files to ensure the best print quality. High-resolution files contain more detail and have a higher pixel density, resulting in crisp and clear prints. Low-resolution files may appear pixelated or blurry when printed at a larger size.
For images, a resolution of at least 300 DPI (dots per inch) is recommended for optimal print quality. This ensures that the image has sufficient detail to look sharp and vibrant when printed.

Please do not send photos saved off of search engines/websites. We do not print copyrighted or trademarked images. This includes movie characters, designer brands, sports teams, comic book characters, ect.).

By placing your order, you agree that the image(s) and/or text you are sending to Acorn & Company LLC is your own original photo/artwork/text and to the best of your knowledge it is not copyrighted or trademarked.
What you send us is what will be printed. You are responsible for spelling/grammar/ect. Photo sizes may vary slightly due to trimming, and are not guaranteed to finish at the exact advertised size, but will be very close. Please make sure all fonts are set to outlines. We cannot guarantee font will match.
